I had delivered a baby on 2nd june 2020 via cesarian but till date my period not come, whats the reason doctor..ant what to do for reduce tummy

A. hi mom if u r doing exclusive breast feeding till now then u can have lactational amenorrhea .. but u should do upt to rule out pregnancy .. tc ..
