Q.

i had covid and on 5th day my fetal movements stopped when i got high grade fever. my pulse was also more than 125bpm constantly when usg was done, it was found that it was fetal demise i was 27 weeks pregnant and delivered the stillborn baby normally what could have gone wrong?
