Q.
I had a pain in left chest and bloating is coming after eat a meals...sometimes left chest till bit of pain...is that any problem to my heart?

mostly not
but better to get it checked once
eat less spicy and less oily foods, avoid maida products
eat good protiens, variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well
eat small frequent meals
consult a qualified dietitian if possible
