Q.

I had a normal delivery in Sept, and this is the first periods after that.. however today is 11th day of flow.. is this normal? Flow is less. I am exclusively breast feeding my 9 month baby.

A. Hello mom If your periods are just resumed then the heavy flow is normal. But if it continues for next 2 to 3 days then in such case you should definitely consult with gynaecologist. But if the flow is normal then there is nothing to worry about. And you can continue breastfeeding it will not affect your breast feed at all
