Q.

I had a normal delivery but had to undergo cervical stich around 24 weeks and even after that my baby got delivered in 35th week, not that its been 3 months after delivery, can i start jogging and running?

A. You should take rest for at least 4 months after delivery. And then start with mild, regular daily walking and slowly Move on for mild exercise. And after you complete 8 to 9 months, then you can start with heavy workout.

A. please do light brisk walking for now

A. yes you can go for walk and light jog. heavy jogging may give you backpain

A. I don’t think such a problem because with normal delivery these restrictions are not there but since you had a premature child I would advise you to kindly just cross check with your gynaecologist one time if she says that you are physically fit then please go ahead with your workout session
