I had a milk bleb in my left breast nipple since last two months it's little painful now I feel my armpit( left) pain too what I do pls tell

You Should get a check with your doctor the doctor can advise you correctly on that because sometimes these could be due to relate nerves as well you know that’s why this pain is there apart from that pimple that you are talking about it’s better to get it checked with your
