I had a C-section delivery: can't  sleep in Ac, can't  brush my teeth and can't eat anything other than boiled food my mother in law said that? it's myth or true

Mam then what is the point of living if you are going to live like this I mean C-section is a surgery I do understand that some restrictions are going to be a part of that delivery but there is no logic that you cannot sleep in AC you can keep the temperature at 24 the child also requires it you have to brush your teeth otherwise you are going to have cavities and bad smell over the period and boiled food is not going to yield you anything you have to have proper food less spicy I do agree but you have to eat everything this is actually a ridiculous approach with Women have older generation things have changed over the period and you don’t have to follow these things so talk to your mother-in-law and make her talk to your doctor so that she has a clarity how things are in these days
