I got very tired all the time and my legs always pains feeling very low and irritated pls suggest actually I am not able to focus on my Job ,house work, I feel drowsy all time

A. it seems worth having more psychological problem than physical problem which needs proper evaluation you have to consult your local doctor for appropriate advice in this regard and examination .
