i got piles after delivery..how to cure it....having pain while feeding ....dont have bleeding

you can sit in hot water tub which has potassium permanganate added to it. twice a day
Avoid fried spicy foods
Use pilex ointment if there is pain
Drink lot of water.
take papaya, oats, Vegetables, fruits in good amounts.
