I got normal delivery it's been 10 months but still now am getting pain of sutures while in contact what can u do to stop the pain while in contact

A. avoid straining n sex. see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust heryou have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatment
