I got mixed answers about egg consumption for my baby. Whether we should give egg or not upto 1 year? #askthexpert

A. Hello my dear parent! You can start giving in small quantities to check the suitability and for better absorption. Give one new food at a time, preferably in the morning. Gradually introduce all food groups in your child’s daily diet that is healthy and staple in your family.
