I got a faint positive after 12 days of late periods in the morning and evening I'm having light bleeding as in the pic. What does this mean?

A. If the UPT test is positive then once again repeat the test with morning urine sample and consult a gynaecologist once about it and it is green discharge and chances are that you are pregnant so get it confirmed as early as possible
