Q.

i give my 5 months 7 days old daughter supplementary milk twice a day.... plz tell me is it right or wrong because of breast milk is not enough for my daughter. what should food to give her.now her weight is 5.7 & his birth weight was 2.25...

A. Hai good morning !! Yes you can give formula milk(supplementary milk) along with breast milk if you have insufficient supply dont worry. Have more water,rusk,bread toast,papaya,chikoo,poppy seeds,garlic,garlic milk,milk and diary products for improving milk production. From 6 month onwards start semi solid foods once or twice a day but check suitability for every new food item.
