It Show that your child has a newborn child so it could be a birthmark that your child may be having I’m not very sure but it could possibly be a lot of kids have certain kind of marks on their body and that’s mostly somethings you to edit it like from the parent side like I did the mother or the father but still if you have a doubt about it and get it checked once
