I feel my milk production is reducing and I am bleeding for 3 days. now am mother of 4 months baby. what does it mean

A. Hi parent if blood flow is heavy and lasts for more days please consult your doctor Otherwise it's okk keep yourself hydrated Don't.use RO water , packaged and processed food, maida items Use Simply purified water having TDS higher than I 50
