I feel guilty to have nanny to take care of my kid. I am working women ideally I am doing work from home but sometimes I feel bad that I am not taking care for her. Will she give me less importance or there will be less bond between me and my kid. I love my girl a lot.

Maam every mother loves the child the most but you know this is the biggest struggle of working woman has where she’s always made feel guilty or she feels guilty because she’s not spending that time with the child but the father is also doing the same but fathers don’t feel guilty the father can earn so as a mother so I think you should have a very neutral opinion about it for yourself also but yes I would just like to tell you that whenever you are around the child spend maximum time with the child try to know the dislike because at the end of the day I’ve seen with the child is always more close to nanny and the parents don’t have time they don’t know their child wear so you have to make sure that you and your husband are spending enough quality time with your child
