Q.
I feed my baby till now she’s 1 year 3 months old can I stop feeding her I think I am getting weakness and she doesn’t sleep properly at night wakes up 4 to 5 times I feel tired

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Namaste Mom,, Yes you can gradually start to wean the toddler off your feed , stop one feed at a time ,now also animal milk can be introduced to them as well.
