Q.

I express my breastmilk for my baby from last 3 months but since past few days my milk supply has lessened and now I have got my periods and my breastmilk supply is very less. what to do??

A. Hello dear parent! Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. Consult a lactation expert for advice. Continue feeding your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
