Have You eaten something which you are not eating for such a long time and you eating something and it may have not suited the child and maybe due to breastfeeding your child may have got it that could be one reason or it could be some allergy then like I said use calamine lotion as of now and you get a check with your doctor ones don’t be worried these things are normal with kids
