Maam Looks like dry skin mostly not much but still I cannot assure you just by looking at the picture it would be advisable for you not to apply anything as of now just wait for a while and consult a dermatologist for a proper check up as he would be able to guide you based on this and accordingly medicine as well can be prescribed to
