ShellyMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Increase your water intake and eat more dals, cumin and green leafy vegetables. Do consult your doctor too for the same. And meanwhile you can supplement breastfeeding with Dexolac with FOS. It is easily digestible to baby and has 36 essential nutrients for complete growth and development of baby.
