ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. just maintaining a Healthy lifestyle with timely intake of food and have more of green leafy vegetables and nutritious food along with adequate water intake to maintain good health also have regular daily walking periods made resume anytime in between one year after delivery till then no medication is needed

Its Absolutely normal you need not worry about a lot of women do not even get the period up till the time of one month sorry one year to 1 1/2 years also but that’s normal that’s mostly due to hormonal changes into the body hormonal changes are there because you have delivered a child exclusively breastfeeding so it’s normal
