i delivery baby on June 6 , via c sec , giving breastfeeding and today i got my periods, is t normal as it's only 4 months i got my periods

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy2 years agoA. Hello good morning !! Yes it's normal ,it depends on body type, harmonal factors, Haemoglobin levels, hereditary too..
Generally post delivery periods by 5-8 months but for few it comes early also..
Have Balanced diet with calcium, protein, iron rich foods and follow supplements as prescribed by your Gynaecologist.
As periods started follow contraceptive methods consult your Gynaecologist and discuss about the contraceptive methods which suits for you.
