I delivered s baby 1yr ago but till now I'm suffering from fissure

A. hi I advise to increase fiber intake in your diet which can soften stools, help to reduce pain during bowlmovements as sitz baths are best remedy for this, I advise to soak your bottom part in warm water tub which help to promote healing please avoid harsh soaps, spicy food items
