I delivered my second baby on 25th June 2024 after that I got my first period on 19 feb and second on 29 may till then i didn't get my period I have two babies both are on bm what should be the reason

A. A lot of times Women due to hormonal imbalance can keep on to their periods after their delivery for initial six months a cycle can be abnormal so it is going to be good for you to consult your doctor regarding that
