i delivered in april 5,2025 and my pregnancy test was positive in November 28 and negative in December 4 and periods also not came what is the problem please tell me mam

A. You should get an ultrasound done by your doctor because when she saw the positive result then after six days you say it is negative so we cannot confirm anything it’s best for you to consult a doctor for an ultrasound that is going to give you a very clear picture about the situation
