I delivered baby girl 22 March. after two months of delivery can I start diet , jogging and excerise for weight loss?

A. dear Mum you can begin with light exercises like brisk walking and stretching body should be given time to heal if it has been c section delivery consult doctor avoid extreme restrictions as Newton requirements of the breastfeeding mother are high but eat mindfully control intake of high fat salt and sugar containing foods
