I check for thyroid and total TSH came 46, now how many mcg thyroid do I need to take ??

A. The TSH values are very high and you have to consult an endocrinologist because further evaluation will be required and depending upon your age and weight, they will decide how much dose to start with, and whento review also

A. you should not start medication on your own for thyroid yes the level is very high but you should first get proper examination and only then decide for the dose and have regular follow up
