i cane across this term acanthosis nigricans and my 8.5 year old daughter has similar dark spots on nexk. should I be worried. height 4 ft 10 inches weight 42 kg

A. Hello mom You should not come to any conclusion till it is not examined by your paediatrician. In such case you should definitely first consult with your doctor about it because doctor can only advise you well after examining baby and having some blood test. Till the time there is no need to give any sort of medication to your baby
