I booked order on 10 sep 2024 but today (14/09/2024) I checked track order and order history then show me that I have not placed/ booked any order so tell me what is this reason

I’m very sure it is just a glitch in the app you can uninstall and reinstall the app I’m very certain you’ll be able to see your orders after that you can kindly call on the helpline number getting in touch with the concerned department they’ll be able to give you proper help on this
