I am using Philips avent feeding bottle,now my baby has blood infection and admitted in hospital so my question, Is bottle feeding really harmful for babies?

If you clean the bottles properly if you maintain proper sterilisation and cleanliness within then it is not a problem sometimes the bottles are dirty or kids are keeping dirty hands into the mouth and sometimes a bit wearing mittens which can often lead to stomach infection also
