Q.

I am taking thyroid tablets since 5 yrs ,during pregnancy thyroid levels r high but now I am taking 25 mg thyroid tablet and my reports r normal but I gain weight so what I can do ,kindly suggest me

A. Hi mom Try alternative therapy like homeopathic or Ayurveda Stay hydrated Do some light exercise yoga regularly Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Take healthy protein rich nutritious food Stay hydrated Consult with your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
