I am taking covid vaccine 1st dose today.. Can i give breast milk for baby today..

Oh So if you feel perfectly okay no fever no pain in the body nothing at all then you can definitely go ahead with feeding your baby but you wait for 3 to 4 hours at least that way you’ll come to know that you are having any side-effects or not and if you have any side-effect then you should not be feeding your child
