I am suffering from neck pain from 3 days. I am breastfeeding my 6weeks baby boy. Can I take Dolo650 for pain relief?

Yes you can take and also if you’re feeding your child in the setting position may be a portion is not right or you are bending your neck too much while feeding their child as that could also be the reason put a pillow behind your neck and head when you’re feeding their child and see if that also gives you a relief
