A. take tablet cetirizine 10mg once a day and paracetamol 500 mg can be taken for fever as well as pain. go for hot saline gargles at least 4 times per day and take tulsi ginger honey as well as turmeric with milk. you can continue breastfeedingd if going on. if there is no improvement in 3 days it is advisable to meet the doctor. to prevent the spread of cold and cough from mother to the child the mother has to do regular hand washing and use face mdask while giving breastfeeding and this will prevent spread of cold cough from mother to the child. can take paracetamol for fever and pain.

You can take any basic medicines that Choodu where about or that you have taken before your pregnancy because any basic medicine is allowed to be taken during breastfeeding time if you go for any antibiotics and you’ll have to cross check with your doctor otherwise basic medicines are allowed to be taken
