You must take appointment and visit to near by hospital. this requires radiological evaluation you need to talk physically

In such case you should definitely consult a doctor about it because Dr can only advise you well after examining. If you are a lactating mother then you should not take any sort of medication till it is not advised by doctors of first consult with you talked about it
