I am stoped breastfeed to my so from last 4 days, it’s huge paining to me, kindly advice which medicine should I take

For the medicine u need to consult with your doctor for the same.
Pain in breast is due to breast engorgement. Express ur milk to get relief from pain.
As the baby has stopped feeding, the breast milk will stop automatically.
