Q.

I am still not getting breast milk after 2 months. Please tell me some tips?

A. I hope u have consulted with your gynecologist. She might prescribe something like galact granules to increase ur supply. You can include garlic, water rich veggies like bottle gourd, ridge gourd etc., If non veg u can also include shark in ur diet. Also try doing kangaroo tgerapy with ur child (skin to skin sessions). It helps a lot in breastfeeding.
