I am pumping mother of 7 months old baby. not getting sufficient milk to my baby, can I take lactare 6 tablets daily and how long can I take? will it effect to my body in future ? please do answer ASAP

A. Mam six tablets are too much depending upon what you are taking gently doctor recommended to take one tablet at one time six would be too much so if you want to take six you have to talk to your Doctor Who advised you with these tablets
