I am providing the mother milk for my baby. he has 4 months and weight is 5 kg. his activities are good. but he can't become fat. what is the reason for this???

A. baby has a good weight as baby double the birth weight at 4-6months and three times the birth weight at completion of one year.. exclusively breast feeding till six months is recommended.. mothers milk helps weight gain..
