Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. it is not advisable to continue breastfeeding if you are pregnant. there are hormones which are working for pregnancy as well as for breastfeeding and they will contradict them self so kindly stop breastfeeding when you are pregnant

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Include all food groups in your diet for better nutrition. Speak with your doctor for further advice.
