I am pregnant for the second time and my first was a c-section. 3 month pregnancy but I am feeling very discomfort and little pain at the lower side of my belly. whatever I ate my stomach was so full and I am feeling very discomfort feel like I am Month pregnant women. And at night it is very hard to sleep My stomach was so full and felt so hot inside the stomach.. I ate in a small small size still I felt the same feeling.. daily I am walking in morning and evening .. please suggest me something on this.

okay take antacids and bland diet ok. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok
