I am observing smell from my toddlers mouth since few days..Can help to understand what can be the causes.

usually it Happens because of indigestion, constipation or nutritional deficiencies, dehydration
so please keep your child well hydrated
give Natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more
avoid giving sticky food items
