I am not giving my kids milk ,what is the best one we should give for in morning instead of milk

A. If you don’t want to give milk to the child in the morning then you should prefer giving proper breakfast like a good heavy breakfast you can offer without milk you can give any option of breakfast to the child whatever you prefer like Uma anything Sandwich can be lots of options if you don’t want to give milk
