Q.
i am not getting sufficient breastmilk since last few days. i have undergone premature delivery on 6th October and due date was 28th november. also baby is mostly sleepy and then she doesn't take the feed directly. what should i do?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. You can start taking shatavari kalp after meals and drink atleast 2 litres of water in a day and massage your breast towards nipple and eat a nutritious diet take care and stay safe

You can take lactation supplement to boost your lactation if it helps you you can take it towards three times in the day for 3 to 6 months so that you have sufficient amount of milk for the child and if you’re still unable to produce milk then you can continue with bottle feeding for the child
