I am not at all getting milk supply my baby is 5 month old please suggest me for increasing my milk supply

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. avoid stress, Take 1 tsp methi seed with warm water will help. Consume dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makhana everyday.

Hello dear parent, if your baby is urinating 8 to 10 times in the day then your baby is well fed and well hydrated and your milks supply is sufficient for your baby. And also your baby is now 5 months old, Uou can start with semi solid diet also. Must check Babyhug mosquito repellent cream for your baby
