it can be due to improper latching or improper breastfeeding position. you can see YouTube videos of right way of position and latching. Check whether your nipple is sore or cracked if it is then apply breast milk. it's the best medicine. I had a similar experience and breast milk helped me...

Same my baby is 24 days sometimes I feel little pain ,Main reason behind this is wrong latching ( only nipple sucking) , if baby is doing latching properly you will not feel any pain so try to hold your breast & calmly teach your baby right latching .
