I am mother of a 5 months old baby girl. I got my periods last day. I used to use menstrual cup before pregnancy. can I use it postpartum?? from when can I use it?? I had a vaginal delivery. #askexpert #menstrualcup

A. Hello dear Yes ofcourse you can use a menstrual cup and as you had a vaginal delivery it is better that you change the size of the cup to large

A. hii. yes you can definitely yse a cup. I did it too 5 months postpartum. you can even use it earlier if needed only if you are comfortable and everything is good down there. 😊👍

A. Yes you can use it since you were using it previously also but now since you have delivered a child has lot of things change into the body city is going to be better to have a consultation with your gynaecologist once again you start using it
