Q.

I am mother of 8.5month baby girl, I have lot of belly fat and lots of loose skin, can u suggest me something to loose belly weight and saggy skin all over the body

A. for loose Belly fat start with regular exercise you can start with yoga as surya namaskar, gradually increase the rep, as at beginning 5times then slowly as comfortable 10,25..rep.. you can do some cardio exercise.. or Zumba..
