I am mother of 28 month old girl (2.4y) she s not communicating...but wen I point object she saying name of that..when I cal her name she respond back..but she is not expressing her feeling like mamma water..and no 2 phrase words..also wen I show my pic she s saying mamma and my name but not calling me mamma and asking her need...what shall I do..pls help..TIA

I understand your concern but 
mam , you are thinking Much.
mam, each child is unique so they grow at their own pace.
so please don't expect that if other kids at same age speak small sentences , your child must learn this immediately
it is gradual process.
as far as your child is responding to her name , can comprehend what you say , you should not worry about it much.
just keep communicating with your child more.
but never expect that a child must respond
mostly kids at this age are very moody and curious for their surrounding so it is normal for them to not do certain things.
keep your child away from screens like tv mobile iPad etc.
